You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the Killer Lotto Software
Software and shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Customer") and the USE of
the Killer Lotto Software Software.

Customer understands that Killer Lotto Software can produce ZERO RESULTS.

Customer understands using email addresses for coordination other than Yahoo or Gmail may result in delay's in getting product
software download password information, and/or , customer support responses.

Customer agrees to the following:

1. Refund will be allowed for the following reasons only
a. customer cannot load or get the software to work on his/her computer system and understands we keep IP Records that will not allow any advertising from the refunded customer
b. (just added) we will refund software that is not working for the state the person is playing in up to 30 days. We will require proof of tickets played using our software numbers.

Customer understands these terms upon purchasing a subscription to Killer Lotto Software Software.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not purchase the Killer Lotto Software Software Package.
